Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon delivery. This policy ensures the health and safety of all our customers.

The following terms apply to any products that you purchase from us.


1. Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

Words with capitalised first letters have meanings defined under the following conditions. These definitions shall apply whether used in the singular or plural.

Definitions

  • Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to Comfy Beds Trading, 8 Baker Rd, Wadeville, Germiston, 1428.

  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.

  • Orders mean a request by you to purchase Goods from Us.

  • Service refers to the Website.

  • Website refers to Comfy Beds Online Store, accessible at https://www.comfybeds.co.za

  • You means the individual or legal entity accessing or using the Service.


2. Your Order Cancellation Rights

We understand that circumstances may change. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it—prior to dispatch—without giving any reason.
Once the Goods have been delivered, or collected by a third party on your behalf, the order cannot be cancelled.

To cancel, please email us at info@comfybeds.co.za within the 24-hour window. Upon successful cancellation, we will process your refund within 14 days, using the original method of payment. No fees will be charged for such reimbursement.


3. Mattress Comfort Disclaimer

Each of our mattress ranges is uniquely designed with specific comfort layers and support structures. Because comfort is a subjective and personal experience, we highly recommend visiting one of our stores to physically test the mattress before purchasing.

We regret that returns or exchanges due to personal comfort preferences will not be accepted.


4. Transport Costs

Please note the following regarding delivery and collection:

  • We use third-party transporters for deliveries. As a result, transport charges are non-refundable once the service has been rendered.

  • In the case of an order cancellation requiring a collection, the transport fee will be at the customer’s expense.

  • You are welcome to return an item to one of our branches by prior arrangement at your own cost.


5. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene Policy)

Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns on the following items once opened:

  • Pillows

  • Mattress protectors
    This applies even if they were purchased as part of a promotional combo deal.


6. Items on Sale

Only regularly priced items are eligible for refunds. Items sold on promotion or sale cannot be refunded unless defective.
