Kindly note: No cash deposits allowed into our bank account. An additional charge will be levied to the customer should this take place.
Deliveries
- Delivery on online purchases will take place within 3 working days after full payment has been received and cleared by the bank.Should a customer purchase directly at one of our warehouses,delivery could take place within the same day, dependent on agreement of both the customer and Comfy Beds. Although Comfy Beds always strive to have all listed products available at all times, it could happen that due to unforeseen circumstances that a certain product is not available at that point in time.
- Should it occur that a certain product is not available, the manager will contact the customer with regards to the lead time for stock delivery.
- Should a special order need to be placed,which does not form part of our standard product list, please contact the manager for a quote as well to establish lead times for stock delivery.
- We do provide a delivery service to our customers at an additional cost. See Areas we deliver including delivery fees. Should your area of residence not be listed, please contact us for a quote.
- Customers also have the option to uplift the products themselves, should they need to do so.
- Kindly note that all online customers must complete the cart information sheet and ensure to provide us with accurate,complete and comprehensive information with regards to delivery address(Town&suburb)& contact details(At least 2 numbers)
- Should the customer provide us with incomplete or incorrect information,an additional delivery charge will be allocated to the customer.
